The Administrative Team plays an integral part in assisting new Wesley Financial Group clients with completing the onboarding process, as well as supporting other WFG departments by helping clients with timeshare paperwork, mail, and other duties as assigned. The Administrative Team Manager will play a key role in people operations for initiatives structured to enhance an evolving industry, such as business processes, systems and technologies, and organizational structures.

What You’ll Do:

Lead onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring early client success and readiness, while also managing implementation issues and error resolutionMaintain strong collaboration between the Sales and Resolutions teams to ensure a seamless and timely client handoff, enabling a smooth transition between processes.

Monitor and develop employee performance through performance evaluations, training, mentoring, and progressive disciplineBuild a culture of high performance while ensuring that professional capabilities are maintained and developedDevelop processes and tools for team members to utilize in daily client interactions that will drive client loyalty and trustOversee daily management of mail processes and procedures, including analysis of mail volumes, maintenance of data integrity and confidentiality, and timely execution of mail requestsFoster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and recognition of achievements within the team.

Ensure consistent messages throughout each department are communicated effectively and understood by all team membersServe as an escalation point, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client concerns

Experience with

Excel/Google Sheets/G-SuiteEducation & Experience:

6 months to 1 year of Salesforce (or other CRM) experience and the ability to initiate conversations around how to better utilize SF for the team.1 year of communications experience in an office setting (professional correspondence with written and verbal communications, proper grammar, spelling, and sentence construction required).Experience in a customer service-related field1 to 2 years of previous management experience, in a similar role preferred
