Customer Service and Warehouse Associate 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 4700 Commercial Drive NW, Huntsville, AL 35816 Counter Sales/Warehouse Overview – We are currently seeking a versatile individual with ability to function in a dual (hybrid) role with our company who will interact daily with our customer base of Retail homeowners, Tile Contractors, Builders/Remodelers and Floorcovering Dealers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders using company software. Handle payments (credit card, cash, check). Provide freight quotes and delivery fee estimates. Communicate accurate delivery times by understanding basic trucking logistics. Proactively update customers and the sales team on delays, back orders, or other order-related issues. Notify customers when their orders are ready for pickup or delivery.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Operate Reach and standard sit-down forklifts. Assist with loading/unloading shipments and customer orders. Pick and pull products for orders. Support general shipping and receiving tasks.
