We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, timely dispatching and high-quality workmanship. We are looking for a dedicated, organized and motivated Customer Service and Dispatching Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to jobs Maintain constant communication with technicians and customers to ensure timely service Accurately input job information into the scheduling and CRM system Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, parts tracking, and follow-up calls Support a positive team environment and contribute to overall company success
Qualifications :
Prior experience in dispatching or customer service (HVAC industry preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and time management abilities Familiarity with scheduling / dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, etc.) is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or HVAC knowledge is a plus Why Join Us?
