Agent will use advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills along with Roadside Assistance technical knowledge to assist customers in case of a breakdown.  $19hr + other incentives Training available: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Schedules available:

2pm

• 11pm (Tues/Wed OFF) and 11pm
• 6am (Mon/Tue OFF) salary: $19
• $19.78 per hour

  education: High School Responsibilities The Call Center Specialist position is responsible for answering incoming calls for Roadside Assistance providing excellent customer service to BMW customers, following program guidelines and call center standards.

Able to handle emergency calls, stollen vehicle and road assistance proograms.
Respond to incoming calls and other messages from BMW customers and provide them with accurate answers and guidelines related to the BMW programs and services.
Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Learn and understand Policy and procedure.
Problem solving and decision maker.
Able to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.
