Full Job Description Job Overview:
As an On-Site Key Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with their car key duplication needs. This role requires bilingual communication in both English and Spanish to effectively assist a diverse customer base. You’ll be the face of the company, ensuring that customers feel welcomed, informed, and satisfied with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers on-site in a retail setting, providing excellent customer service and closing of sales. Answer questions and educate customers about car key duplication services. Process orders for key duplication and related sales services. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse customer base. Handle debit and credit transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Work with the team to ensure timely and efficient service. Provide feedback on customer preferences and suggest potential improvements to services.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and basic Spanish (ability to communicate effectively in both languages). Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Must be reliable and punctual.
