Adecco Staffing is assisting a local client with their search for a Customer Service Rep. This is a closing shift 11:00am – 7:00pm, Monday – Friday for approx. 3 months. For

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting ourmitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience
What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customerplaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
  At a minimum, you’ll need:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  It’d be great if you also have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptionalanizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Pay Details:

$17.50 per hour
