Pharmaceutical Support Coordinator 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars Bonita Springs, FL 34136 Our client is seeking a Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lee County, FL! Under the direction of Clinical Operations management, the Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all operational tasks related to clinical requests for Commercial members. This role is essential in ensuring efficient communication and support between pharmacies, prescribers, members, and internal teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review clinical requests received from pharmacies, prescribers, members, or other sources to determine appropriate action. Conduct telephonic outreach to pharmacies, members, or prescribers to gather or provide required information. Accept and document incoming calls from prescribing physicians. Coordinate with other departments to review information and take necessary actions. Enter overrides and generate notices of decision letters. Perform other duties as assigned in support of clinical operations.

Qualifications:

Pharmacy technician experience preferred. Customer service and/or call center experience preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or managed care industry required. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to use various systems efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
