Start as a Client Relations Specialist (CSR) In this foundational role, you’ll: Learn the inner workings of our agency’s systems, tools, and workflows Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and empathy Focus on client retention , policy servicing , and rounding out existing accounts Build strong relationships with insureds, treating them the way we’d treat our own family This stage sets the groundwork for long-term success in the insurance industry and within our agency. Advance to a Hybrid Agent Role (9-18 Month Transition) Once you’ve mastered our service approach, you’ll transition into a Hybrid Agent position. Here’s what that looks like: Retain a strong service and retention mindset Begin generating your own leads and cultivating your Assigned Clients Develop and manage client pipelines with agency support • Transition from service support to purpose-driven client acquisition. Earning trust, educating prospects, and aligning them with the protection they need No License? No Problem. We’ll Sponsor You. We fully invest in your development: Start with your 4-40 Customer Representative license (100% paid for by us) As you transition into the Hybrid Agent role, we’ll cover and support you through your 20-44 Personal Lines or 2-20 General Lines license Why Wiglesworth-Rindom?

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and warmly greet clients and prospective customers Gather quote information and present competitive insurance options Handle policy service requests and respond to client inquiries promptly Utilize and maintain agency tools, ensuring data is accurate and up to date Maintain organized and detailed client records in agency systems Process new business applications efficiently and accurately Provide clear answers to product coverage and billing questions Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care Assist with policy rewrites, non-renewals, and cancellations Coordinate with insurance carrier representatives in underwriting, billing, and service departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in computer use with strong touch-typing abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
