What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the primary point of contact for our customers—via phone, email, or in person Guide clients in selecting the right pool products with expert technical support Handle quotes, process orders, and manage product returns Collaborate with inventory, shipping, and sales teams for smooth operations Maintain accurate customer information and order tracking What You Bring to the

3+ years of customer service experience in the aquatics industry (required) Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience in distribution or manufacturing is a plus Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills Self-starter who’s proactive, collaborative, and upbeat
