• Altamonte Springs Office ContactSource is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Altamonte Springs office.

This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Please Note:

All new hires must complete a full 40-hour training during their first week (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). After training, part-time schedules will be up to 25 hours per week and will always fall between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound customer communications

• Answer incoming calls to address customer questions, requests, and issues. Consult on customer success
• Advise customers on how to best use the product/service while delivering a professional and helpful experience. Maintain product knowledge
• Stay informed and accurate when sharing information with customers. Client retention
• Meet productivity and retention goals. Track interactions in CRM
• Record customer interactions to support cross-functional communication and service quality.

Requirements:

2 years of proven customer service or client support experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Strong time management and prioritization abilities Familiarity with CRM systems Availability to work part-time within the Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM window Ability to complete one week of full-time training (40 hours)
