FastTrack Veterinary Urgent Care is opening soon in beautiful Port St. Lucie, Florida, and we’re looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative (CSR) to help us deliver exceptional service and support to our clients and patients! At FastTrack Vet, we specialize in urgent care services for pets—filling the gap between primary care and emergency care. As a brand-new facility, we’re excited to build a team that values compassion, teamwork, and a positive culture. Our CSRs are essential to creating an outstanding client experience from the moment a pet walks through our doors to the moment they head home.

Position Overview:

Our Client Service Representatives are the frontline of FastTrack Vet. They are responsible for warmly greeting clients, answering phones and inquiries, managing patient check-in, handling checkout and obtaining payments, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our medical team. If you’re someone who stays calm under pressure, excels at multitasking, and truly enjoys helping people and pets, this role is for you! Your schedule will include four to five 7-8 hour rotating shifts per week. Full-time or part-time roles will be considered. Position will start at the end of August-early September 2025. Exact start date is tentative at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Accurately check in and check out patients, ensuring all client and patient information is complete Answer phones Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about wait times Support the veterinary team by preparing medical records, assisting with paperwork, and coordinating patient flow Help maintain a clean, calm, and organized reception area

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting (veterinary experience highly preferred) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay composed and empathetic in stressful situations Comfortable learning and using veterinary practice software (experience with Instinct EMR a plus) Ability to work some evenings and weekends Team-oriented attitude with a proactive, can-do approach Passion for animals and a commitment to excellent client service

Hourly (based on experience)
