Customer Service Team Lead 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars 10484 US Highway 280, Ellabell, GA 31308 Mallory Safety and Supply is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to join our onsite team! Mallory Safety & Supply supports our customers by providing critical PPE and safety supplies directly onsite, ensuring their employees can continue to work safely day in and day out. As the Customer Service Team Lead (CSTL), you will be based at a client’s location and play a vital role in overseeing an onsite team that manages and stocks inventory to support daily operations. This is a hybrid role that combines front-line customer service with hands-on supervision of team members. You will also work directly with the client and Mallory’s internal sales team to manage customer quotes, orders, invoicing, and provide what we call Basic Service Brilliance.

Client Specific Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising a small team.
Supervisory responsibilities will include:
Review and approve timecards, adjust as needed Conduct interviews, performance evaluations, and coaching conversations Document employee performance notes in Paycom Train new employees Conduct circle-back training as needed Mallory’s ethos consist of the idea of a “working manager. Here is what a typical day as a Customer Service Team Lead will look like: Provide hands-on customer service, including quoting, order entry, problem resolution, and billing. Act as a backup in critical areas during vacations or position vacancies. Partner with sales to ensure customer satisfaction and streamlined service delivery. Resolve issues with orders and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a productive and positive team culture that reflects Mallory values. Learn, navigate, and use Prophet 21 to provide customer service Back up all positions as needed Here is what we are looking for in a
Customer Service Team Lead:
2-5 years of customer service experience with leadership responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. Comfortable navigating ERP systems (Prophet 21 experience is a plus). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience in safety, industrial, or construction supply is helpful. High school diploma or GED required. Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Safe Driver Policy requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong mechanical aptitude Proficient in P21, Vendnovation, and Tofino inventory management softwares.
Education and Experience:
Merchandising, warehouse, and/or inventory experience highly preferred ERP experience, preferably with Prophet21 Valid Driver’s License w/ one year of driving experience•driving record must meet requirements outlined by our Safe Driver Policy.
