Customer Service / Office Assistant (part-time) 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 601 Bloomingdale Road, Bloomingdale, GA 31302 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency on a PC. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with customer to ensure satisfaction. Manage incoming phone calls using established phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records and files. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous Customer Service experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette. Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to perform data entry during phone calls. Strong communication skills. Ability to maintain organized spreadsheets Basic clerical skills, including correspondence, and record keeping.
