SERVICE ADVISOR – SUBARU POOLER
About Us Pittman Enterprises is a locally owned and family-operated organization proudly serving the greater Savannah area since 1998. Our company includes six dealerships featuring Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Chevrolet, and Mitsubishi brands, located in Savannah, Pooler, Rincon, and Hardeeville, SC . We is seeking an organized and detailed Service Advisor for our Pooler Subaru dealership. Service Advisor responsibilities Greeting customers promptly Obtaining customer and vehicle information Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explaining all completed work and charges to customers Job Requirements Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must Above average energy level A desire for a long term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity Reynolds computer experience a plus Benefits Salary plus commission 401K with company match Health Benefits Performance Bonuses
