Pay:
- $20.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on location shift
- Weekly pay!! Summary The Customer Service Representative manages day-to-day support for our Ollix account. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our client’s customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly to maintain Ollix reputation for outstanding service. Essential Responsibilities
Inquiry Management:
Respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone within established timelines
Order Processing:
Verify, enter, and track orders; coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure on-time delivery
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve order errors, returns, exchanges, and damaged goods claims
Account Maintenance:
Update customer records, preferences, and communication logs accurately
Reporting:
Generate daily/weekly metrics (volume, response times, resolution rates) and escalate trends or recurring issues to management
Knowledge Base:
Maintain up-to-date FAQs and internal process guides specific to Ollix products and policies
Collaboration:
Work closely with Ollix marketing, logistics, and product teams to communicate promos, new launches, and inventory updates
Quality Assurance:
Review interactions for adherence to company standards and suggest improvements in scripts or procedures
- Working knowledge of ERP order management systems, UPS/FedEx Shipping Applications, Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in any situation
- Ability to focus on performance in times of change while balancing multiple demands and competing priorities
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions based on available information Job Experience/Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years minimum level of experience in a similar position, preferably high-volume customer service
- PC skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Warehousing Inventory Control Systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills within short windows of time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Work Environment Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, lift/move up to 50 pounds, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Shifts:
1st shift – 7am until 3:30pm – Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work (shift times may vary depending on location)
