JOB SUMMARY
Provide prompt, courteous customer service, which meets or exceedsservice standards. Utilize applicable policy forms, insurance lawand internal procedures to answer inquiries and process requestsfrom customers. Thoroughly document telephone calls, changes, andwritten correspondence.
