Who You Are:

You have at least 1 year of experience in the veterinary field, either as a receptionist or veterinary assistant. You’re polite, dependable , and bring a positive attitude to work each day. You understand the importance of client service and know how to make pet owners feel valued and understood. You’re able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and organized. You communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets warmly in person and on the phone Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Manage patient records and check-in/check-out procedures Process payments and handle financial transactions Communicate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth workflow Provide support to clients with compassion, clarity, and professionalism
