The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to our and t families. As a Client Relations Specialist, you are responsible for managing patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as well as working closely with various staff to ensure our clients are provided a proper standard of care. Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Manage patient complaints and feedback, escalating issues to appropriate staff members as needed
- Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction by ensuring a positive patient experience from start to finish
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify opportunities for improving patient care and service
- Develop and maintain relationships with families
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Savvy with technology (Microsoft Suite, Acrobat, CRM, Google Suite)
