Events/Customer Service Trainee:
Communicating with donors in person in a professional, empathetic, and respectful manner emphasizes the impact we can make in our community The Events/Customer Service Trainee is responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all event and promotions requirements through company provided forms Attend in-person and virtual Events/Customer Service Trainee meetings to increase client knowledge Provide support to families and community members Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow Events/Customer Service Trainee team members to increase awareness Establish concrete, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management Requirements of an
Events/Customer Service Trainee:
