Job Description
Customer Service Rep 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Norcross, GA RSI , recently acquired by Trinity Industries , Inc is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Doraville, GA location.
What You’ll Do:
Support customer service requirements and handle general office tasks including BOL processing and some accounting-type functions. Customer Service, intake of BOLs, and commodities being delivered or transferred Fulfill daily workload and tasks delegated by manager/cross-train as necessary Enforce safety policies and procedures with other employees and visitors to the facility Update and maintain customer data bases Monitor and order customer inventory Maintain filing systems Maintain and communicate customer inventory information Compile records of office duties and activities Handle inquiries and incoming customer work order requests Review files and records to answer customer requests for information Check and distribute documents and correspondence Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and sending emails Organize and schedule customer work orders Interact with customers, railroad crews, and visitors Answer phones for the facility Utilize an inventory tracking system Perform all other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid Driver License Five (5) + years of experience in an Office setting, railyard preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and policies Proficient computer skills with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook Knowledge of office and business practices, equipment, and procedures Good conflict resolution skills Able to pay close attention to details and identify and correct mistakes Must possess good organizational skills Ability to perform work safely and productively
