Job Description
Qualified Staffing is currently in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative for a distribution company in Lawrenceville, GA! This is a full-time, temp to perm position!
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay:
$19-$20/hr, based on experience
JOB DUTIES
Build relationships with customer accounts
Maintain professional relationships with customers and coworkers
Promptly answer phones/emails, maintain e-commerce business, enter orders, quote pricing, provide product information, etc. Make outbound phone calls to store managers regarding orders and resolving issues
SKILLS REQUIRED
Must have 2-3 years prior Customer Service experience at a manufacturing/distribution company Microsoft Suite experience is a plus! Strong ability to use Excel is required. Must be organized and have attention to detail. Must be able to adapt to fast paced environment. Polite and persuasive communication skills.
Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
