Key Responsibilities:

Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks. Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding accounts. Support the team with various administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Maintain organized records and files to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

Exceptional phone manner and communication skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in collections and accounting is a plus. Outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
