Duties Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes & entering claims and returns Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes Enter data into the computer software Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement Provide building product information and quotes Enter customer data and orders into the computer system Work with Engineers, Sales Team to Follow up with customers about their orders Must be a professional, work well with customers, and all other team members Qualifications Experience providing customer service by phone or in-person, sitting at a desk for long periods of time Knowledge, or curiosity with the ability to learn, about interior design, cabinetry, millwork, kitchen and bath design, or closets Good general math ability; comfortable and adept at working with precise numbers and calculations Excellent communication skills, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with all customers Thorough and committed to providing top-quality service to the customers, in accordance with our first core value: Customer Focus AS400 (database) experience is preferred but not mandatory High school graduate or equivalent required; additional college or educational courses may be helpful Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks This position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to or more than 50 pounds. Hours:

8am-5pm Monday-Friday (Temp to Hire)

Pay:

$18-$20/hr. based on experience / paid weekly This is NOT a retail position, we are seeking professional office personnel that have 3+ years of similar experience as listed above.
