In this role, you will be responsible for daily office operations including multiphone lines, coordination of care for clients, create, maintain and distribute the client and caregivers’ scheduling, maintaining medical records and personnel records, with a high degree of confidentiality, organization and follow-through providing exceptional service and support. You will leverage your communication skills to address client and caregiver inquiries, resolve issues, address after-hour on-call needs per rotation. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about client services and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. On-call/After-hours availability required with additional per diem pay.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of medical office/clinic/scheduling experience required. Minimum of 1-year direct client care experience required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and caregivers. Familiarity with Hometrak and/or other Scheduling software is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A proactive approach to client and caregiver relationship building. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Ability to adapt to stressful situations.
