This position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Duties Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Greet body shop costumers promptly and courteously Weekly bank deposits Schedule appointments Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information. Manage account receivables Monitor stock and order office supplies Keep Body Shop Manager informed of all problems and potential problems Keep reception area clean Requirements Body shop experience (preferred) Proficiency in using phone systems and managing calls effectively. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and documentation processes.
