SERVICE ADVISOR – MB
Chevrolet Slidell 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 316 East Howze Beach Road, Slidell, LA 70461 Are you a driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our Chevrolet Slidell team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles Inspect vehicles and provide accurate estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure all work is completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction Maintain a high level of customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations Keep detailed records of all service and repair work performed
Qualifications:
