un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Towing & Transportation Company Customer Service (Salem & Boston) Todisco Services, Inc compensation: Highest in the industry employment type: job title: Customer Service Todisco Services, Inc. is in search of good people who want to join a team of professionals. We are a full-service towing, transportation company with seven locations that proudly serve numerous police agencies and hundreds of private clients. Daily functions include, but not limited to:
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Assist customers that are retrieving their vehicle at one of our impound facilities
- Assist insurance companies that inquire about impounded vehicles
- Receive payments from customers
- Maintain a clean workstation, contribute to a healthy and clean working environment
- Follow company procedures and policies
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of personalities, customers and employees.
- Excellent team working skills
