• Respond to customers that call to order oil, schedule service, or ask any billing questions.
• Create new accounts that need to be opened.
• Handle real time chats online with the customers.
• Respond to customer emails.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer Service experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• Ability to read, understand, and follow direction.
