Customer Account Specialist Position Available In St. Louis, Missouri

As a Customer Account Specialist, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order-to-invoice processes and top-tier service. You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to meet customer needs with precision and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the full order lifecycle—from entry to invoicing—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and shipment tracking. Enter and manage orders via EDI, email, and phone using SAP ERP. Collaborate across departments to resolve service issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Provide essential documentation such as MSDS, Tech Sheets, and Certificates of Analysis. Support Sales Account Managers with pricing, issue resolution, and customer communications. Engage with customers to gather forecast requirements and feedback. Participate in team projects focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.

What You Bring:

3+ years of order management experience in a manufacturing environment or a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is highly preferred. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving. A team-first attitude and the ability to work independently when needed. Solid Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
