• Scheduling repairs
• Dispatching tows
• Verifying payment information with insurance companies
• Working with the accounting department to keep the accounts receivable clean and accurate
• Keeping inventory of office supplies
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment Qualifications Proficient in English with strong communication skills Experience in customer support and client services Excellent phone etiquette and data entry capabilities Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus Strong analytical skills and typing proficiency
