This Client Intake Specialist position is the first point of contact for all new clients. They are expected to be friendly, professional, and empathetic at all times. Duties & Responsibilities Take new client calls live when received Thorough and accurate completition of the screening information Ensuring each call is being handled with the utmost empathy and compassion in accordance with Cofman Townsley customer service standards Follow up to ensure completion of signup and paperwork is returned for case assignment Ensure all new cases are opened and assigned timely in Litify Position Requirements Customer service experience Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast pace environment Must have great people skills as the position requires a great deal of client contact Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Must be well organized and detail-oriented Must have exceptional communication and writing skills Some medical background would be a plus but not essential
