The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by providing exceptional customer service and managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist clients with Will Calls, ensuring a high level of client services. Handing Customers the product and collecting signatures and ensuring all orders going out have been charged. Maintain organized records and charging orders. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring all information is conveyed clearly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
