Summary As a Customer Care Coordinator at Chuck Ryan Cars, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for outstanding service in the automotive sector. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving repair issues promptly. Assist customers with coordination with repairs within assigned mechanical shops. Coordinate communication between customers and sales staff to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. A positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
