Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative Boyette & Robertson Agency, Inc 417 Peacock Street, Ahoskie, NC 27910 This dual-role position blends customer service with sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, highly communicative, and energized by interacting with the public. You’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice of our agency—managing client inquiries, supporting daily operations, and assisting with new and existing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and renewals Support producers and office staff with administrative tasks Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Learn and navigate our agency’s Customer Management System (CMS) Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication Prepare quotes and assist with writing new business Help drive growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Qualifications:

Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Comfortable engaging with the public and working in a team setting Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Willingness to learn agency systems and processes Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required Must obtain an insurance license (we will support the right candidate through the process) Why Join Us?
