What You’ll Be Doing Greet customers and help walk them through simple financing apps Track daily tasks Keep the shop and office space clean and organized Answer phones, respond to messages, and follow up with customers Work directly with the owner to keep things running smoothly You’ll get steady, hands-on training — and over time, you’ll take on more responsibility and earn more for it. Starting Pay:

$13/hr Learn the ropes, support the team, and show dependability. After 3-6

Months:

$14-15/hr Once you’ve learned our systems and can keep daily tasks on track. After 6-12

Months:

$16-17/hr You’re confident with customers, taking the lead on store workflow, and supporting sales. After 12

Months:

$18-20/hr (optional title bump) You’ve become a key part of store operations and may take on more leadership or training duties. We also offer weekly performance bonuses based on customer service, sales support, and task goals (after training).
