Private Marina Customer Service Representative Marsh Creek Marine 2570 Scotts Hill Loop Road, Wilmington, NC 28411 Why live at the beach and not work on the water? Marsh Creek Marine is a locally owned and operated business in the Wilmington area offering boat recreational services, a private clubhouse, and a restaurant all in one place. We are looking to add an amazing individual to our private clubhouse inside team! This position is located inside our ship store. Duties include but are not limited to: High customer service engagement Communication liaison between customer needs and the outside team Clerical duties such as answering phones, taking notes, organizing inventory, etc. Operate cash register, money handling Operate BoatCloud App (Real-time web-based boat launching program) and communicate marina member needs to the outside team This is a fun, high paced position with room to grow within the company if so desired Summer Holiday weekends are a requirement. This includes Memorial, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Winter shifts are slow enough for a student to be able to work on homework between job duties.
- Pay rate is based on prior customer service experience and your availability. Hours of operation are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 6:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays during Summer peak. This is a year-round business.
