The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their service needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive services along with excellent communication skills to facilitate seamless interactions between customers and service technicians. Duties Greet customers and assess their service needs to provide accurate recommendations. Document customer concerns and relay information to service technicians for proper diagnosis and repair. Prepare detailed estimates for services required, including parts and labor costs. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles throughout the service process. Manage service orders by transmitting requests for parts and suspending orders as necessary. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in the service management system. Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry is

REQUIRED.

Familiarity with engine repair, tire service, and auto estimating is highly desirable. Experience in service writing or auto service management will be considered an asset.
