Customer Service Representative Sandbar Fund 362 North Main Street, Barnegat, NJ 08005 Role Overview We’re seeking Inbound Sales Representatives who will handle incoming phone calls from warm leads —potential clients who have already expressed interest in our services. Your role is to engage them in meaningful conversation, understand their needs, and guide them through the next steps of the funding process. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from prospective clients in a timely and professional manner Build rapport quickly and qualify leads using provided scripts and guidelines Understand client needs and explain our funding solutions clearly Schedule consultations or transfer qualified leads to our account managers or funding specialists Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system Follow up as needed to ensure continuity and client satisfaction
