Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with their purchases. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide assistance with jewelry sales or technical sales as required
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
• Multilingual skills are a plus for communicating with diverse customers

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred but not required
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
