What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, promptly handling inquiries about pricing, order status, shipping, billing, and returns via phone and email. Accurately process orders, invoices, and returns through customer web portals. Maintain customer and item records, including credit checks. Track orders, resolve issues proactively, and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries. Support internal teams with administrative tasks, cross-training, and special projects.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in customer service or administrative roles (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Familiarity with sales/purchase order processes is a plus.
