We are seeking individuals that have excellent verbal communication/customer service skills and attention to detail to work at our corporate office assisting our clients and salon employees by phone with their needs. The call center is open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is required.

Starting Pay:

$20/hour

Customer Service Job Duties:

Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and salon. personnel to provide information, and assist in resolving issues. Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record the details of calls and the actions that were taken. Refer any unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution. Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously. Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times. Be able to work well within a team environment and individually. Prior Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred, but not required. Must have exceptional attendance and work ethic.
