We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to support dealers and consumers by phone and email. You will handle warranty requests, manage accounts, and process orders while providing accurate information and timely resolutions. This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our products and services. Hunting or archery experience is preferred to better connect with our customer base.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from dealers and consumers, providing product information, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service. Manage and respond to customer service emails in a timely and professional manner. Process warranty claims and RMA requests with accuracy and efficiency. Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests accurately and promptly. Maintain and update customer account records in our system. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments including sales, shipping, and manufacturing to address customer inquiries and escalations. Track and communicate order status, product availability, and other service-related updates to customers. Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback for process improvement.
