Wealth Management Client Service Associate – Part-Time (with potential for full-time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and driven individual who demonstrates strong integrity, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, support-driven and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with phone communication, and proficiency with technology. This role requires someone who is adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent client service and meeting client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handles client and participant calls with empathy, listens to concerns, and works to resolve issues effectively. Opens new client accounts by completing the required paperwork accurately and efficiently. Prepares and processes client account transactions. Maintains accurate and confidential client records. Generates client reports and schedules client review meetings ensuring timely follow-up. Schedules and coordinate annual employee update meetings. Provides support for registered investment advisor compliance requirements. Supports marketing efforts by assisting with proposals, newsletters and market updates.
Qualifications:
Experience as an administrative assistant in the financial services field (preferred)
