Client Experience Specialist Job Summary:
We’reseeking a driven Junior Client ExperienceSpecialist to manage client relationships and support our TechnicalSolutions Consultant (TSCs). In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio ofclients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure clients receive outstandingservice. You’ll also play a key role in scheduling meetings, managingfollow-ups, and providing sales support. Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue. Support TSCs by scheduling key meetings and managing follow-up tasks. Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems and generate reports as needed.

Qualifications:

Technological Proficiency:
Solid understanding and experience with standard applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and a quick learner when it comes to adapting to additional software as needed.
