Customer Care Advocate-Virtual Group Life Products Requirements:

Assignment is virtual,including training. Associates still need to be able to report towork in person 1 day a month or any day that you are unable to workfrom home (could be due to system issue, internet outage etc).Hiring out of both Oriskany, NY and Warwick, RI, you would reportto the nearest office. Ability to work from home which includeshigh speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a quiet place to work thatis secure. (Hotspots and use of Wifi are not allowed high internetspeed is required) Able to use video during interview, coaching,and virtual training. An ability to work during the hours ofoperation of Monday-Friday 8:00am 11:00pm EST must be flexible inregard to shifts worked, which may change based on business needs.

No time off planned during training until end of nesting. Requiresa high school diploma or equivalent is required. 1-3 years ofexperience in the field or in customer service role is preferred.

Work under immediate supervision reporting to an immediatesupervisor.

Nesting:

1/2/2025 1/15/2025 Schedules after trainingwill be determined using ranking system based on performance intraining. Temps will bid on available schedules that verythroughout all hours of operation, 8:00am 11:00pm EST. Ranking willbe based on Progress Check scores and Behavior ratings. Thesebehavior ratings will be provided to the trainee once a week so youcan gauge your performance.

Equipment Coordination:

For this role you will beissued equipment which consists of a laptop, 2 monitors, keyboard,mouse and docking station. You are required to return the equipmentto within a week of your assignment ending. We will coordinate atime for you to pick up your equipment at the nearest office.

Respond to customer requests viatelephone, providing excellent service to s customers who have orare looking to obtain a Life insurance policy through theiremployer. Customers can work with various companies and associatesmust rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to performthe functions of the job. Processes transactions, preparescorrespondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customersatisfaction. Below are some common topics associates can expect todiscuss with our customers: Enrolling or changing their lifeinsurance amount Confirm or change beneficiary Policy Provisions(how policy works)

IE:

will it reduce with age, what policy covers,exclusions etc How to continue coverage when retired/leave employerStatus of customer requests Billing inquiries
