Customer Service Representative Allies bakery 21 Orangetown Shopping Center, Orangeburg, NY 10962 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat in a timely manner. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services when appropriate. Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English; or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions based on available information. Demonstrated proficiency in cash handling procedures is advantageous. A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers are essential traits.
