We’re looking for an energetic, empathetic, and proactive professional to support our clients and internal operations. This role blends administrative tasks, customer service, and sales support, ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify client information Guide new clients through onboarding Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, or complaints Support retention efforts and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications:
Customer service or administrative experience required Sales support or account management experience a plus Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Strong, personable phone communication skills Ability to de-escalate situations and resolve client concerns
Job Type:

$55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
