Role:
The Operations department is looking for Part-Time Customer Service Representative/Receptionist for our Hauppauge, NY Locations. We are looking for an inquisitive, resourceful and multi-tasker Customer Service Representative, who will be responsible for contacting customers directly for feedback regarding our products, our service and our employees. This person needs to be comfortable dealing with different levels of management from sales, c-suite and office personnel in general, willing to learn and become familiar with our company products and services. Responsible for communicating and upholding ULE Group policies, mission and values. In addition, this role will also be managing the phones in our company headquarters.
What You Will Do:
- Answer/field incoming calls; transfer, take messages for personnel.
- Customer Service documentation.
- Investigate, listen, document, and help resolve product/order issues and concerns.
- Provide timely positive and negative feedback to management regarding challenges or customer concerns as well as suggestions for improvement.
- Partner with Sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Partner with department managers to provide customer satisfaction and incentives as necessary to retain clients.
- Work independently and unbiased to provide a trustworthy experience for clients and staff.
- Update and distribute weekly and monthly service reports to management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Team player who can work independently and has a great attitude.
- Service Oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Office in general, familiar with Google Drive and related software.
Pay Range:
