Customer Support/Technical Support IT In Demand Huntington, NY 11743 We are interviewing for an entry level helpdesk/Technical support position in Long Island, New York. This is a position for candidates with drive and aptitude to provide expedient and friendly support. Primary responsibilities will include answering customer requests, both over the phone and through a ticketing system. & be able to work on-site at multiple locations weekly. You must have your own reliable means of transportation.
Service Desk Job responsibilities include:
Technical Support Customer Service Work with distributors and vendors when needed to expedite solutions Install and configure new Windows desktops Provide end user Desktop support via remote support Experience with cable pulls, wiring, and terminations is a plus
