Service BDC Representative 2.1 2.1 out of 5 stars 4869 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776 Service BDC Representative Centereach Hyundai – Centereach, NY Full-Time | On-Site Ford Of Port Jeff is seeking a motivated and professional Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our growing team! If you have strong phone skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of inbound service calls promptly and courteously Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments, confirm upcoming appointments, and follow up on missed visits Conduct CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) follow-up calls to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain and improve our CSI score through consistent communication and customer support Work closely with the service department to ensure accurate scheduling and customer updates Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Qualifications:
Phone experience is required (Call center, customer service, or automotive BDC preferred) Must be comfortable making outbound calls and handling high call volume Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems a plus
